Ordering from us can be done in the following ways:

The following information must be supplied when ordering:
• Billing address, customer number (if available), telephone/fax and contact person, delivery address (if different from that for billing).
• Article number and name.

Those of our staff responsible for handling orders can be reached Monday-Friday 09:00 to 16:30, local Swedish time.
Prices
The prices itemized at www.vhfteknik.se are gross prices including the Swedish VAT. The prices are for small orders and free shipping and handling costs for delivery within Sweden only.

Inquiries, special offers, discounts
The prices given at www.vhfteknik.se apply to orders containing small amounts of one or more articles. If you require larger amounts of an article we request that you send us an inquiry regarding possible discounts. The inquiry should include the following information:
• The article number, name of antenna and description of where the antennas are planned to be mounted, frequency range etc.
• The latest possible date of delivery and the delivery address.

As soon as we receive your inquiry we will make you an offer. Please keep in mind that large amounts of certain products may not be immediately available because they may need to be manufactured first. It is therefore advisable to place your order as soon as possible.
Regarding the prices for large numbers of articles, prices on this page www.vhfteknik.se quote only for minimal quantities. It should therefore be stated one more time: If you need larger quantities of any article you should not hesitate to ask! Only then we will have the opportunity to make you an offer in accordance with your expectations or desires.
We give sales volume discounts for large orders as well as for orders that are repeated on a regular enough basis that we can expect a very high yearly volume.
Shipping and Handling:
We ship worldwide by using forwarding agencies – DHL and TNT. Orders that do not specify a method of delivery will be shipped per standard delivery.
- Deliveries within the European Union
We will charge the Swedish VAT for deliveries within the European Union unless you provide us with a valid VAT number when ordering. - Deliveries outside of the European Union
Goods that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. -

Errors and Damages
We do our best not to make any mistakes. They are nonetheless unavoidable. In such case please inform us upon receipt of the package so that we can immediately make sure that you receive the correct product.
Any damages incurred during transport should be documented. This is very important because otherwise the insurance will not pay. Please make a note on the shipping papers of even small damages and notify us of the damages immediately.
We do not guarantee that any delivery deadlines will be met.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Data Protection Notice
We save your data only for the purpose of your order and its implementation. We do not share your data with a third party excepting partners necessary for the execution of your order.
We do not give your personal data, including your address, telephone number and E-mail address, to a third party. Exceptions include any service partners for whom your data is necessary for the execution of your order (e.g. a forwarding company responsible for delivery or a credit institute contracted to handle payments). In such cases the amount of data supplied is, however, limited to the essential minimum.
